Mrs. Aamna Taseer is one of the main promoters who established First Capital Securities Corporation Limited ("FCSC") in Pakistan in 1994, a full service brokerage house with equity participation by Smith Barney Inc USA and HG Asia Hong Kong. FCSC set the tone for investment banking services in Pakistan and together with leading international investment banks worked on important advisory and corporate finance transactions. Since then she has been actively involved in establishing other companies in the financial sector as well as telecommunications, print, media and real estate/property development sectors. Taseer's companies have been able to attract foreign investment at times when most were shying away from Pakistan. First Capital Group has had significant investment from major international funds and high net worth individuals from abroad. Financial services companies in the group include a mutual fund, an investment management company, leading brokerage houses in Pakistan and Sri Lanka and an insurance company (joint venture with a South African insurance company and Shaheen Foundation).

In the capacity of the Director on the Board of various First Capital Group companies she has been actively involved in strategic decision making by of the group companies. First Capital Group acquired the management control of Pace department store in the late nineties which was then under huge financial debt. First Capital Group was able to turn it around in short time and Pace has since become a household name in the country. With its listing in Pakistan and convertible bond listing in Singapore, Pace brand is recognized not only in Pakistan but by international fund managers as well. Today the group has 6 operational shopping malls in different cities and around eight projects under various phases of development. These include shopping malls, apartments/gated communities, office blocks, hotels and resorts and multi use developments. Pace has partnered with Hyatt Regency to bring this prestigious international chain to Pakistan with the first project under advanced stage of construction in Lahore. First Capital Group also took the lead by introducing the first English news channel in Pakistan Business Plus which was followed by the first exclusive kids channel Wikkid Plus. Media Times Limited, a First Capital Group Company is one of the fastest growing English newspaper, the Daily Times and an Urdu daily by the name of Aajkal. She is qualified as a graduate.

Mr. Kosala Gamage is a senior figure in the Sri Lankan capital market, moving forward with over twenty seven successful years of experience in managing local and foreign investments. In the year 1995 Mr. Gamage joined Lanka Securities (Pvt) Limited as an Investment Advisor. He performed in his career levels from Manager Sales to the position of Director Sales in the Company since 1995. In excellence of his continued performance, Mr. Gamage was appointed as the Managing Director / CEO of the Company in the year 2008.

Mr. Gamage was the President of the Colombo Stock Brokers Association (CSBA) from year 2019 to 2021. In addition, he is representing M/s.Renuka Consultants (Pvt) Limited as a Director in their Board. On October 2022 he was also appointed as a Director to the Board of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).

Mr. R M N Jeewantha joined Bank of Ceylon in 2002 as a Management Trainee, He is a graduate of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and holds a Bsc. Accountancy (Special) degree. Furthermore, he completed his MBA at the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) and is also a member of the Institute of Certified Professional Managers of Sri Lanka (ACPM) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (AIB).

Though his forte lies in Treasury Management and Investment Banking he also possess vast experience in branch banking, credit management and financial management. In the field of Treasury Management, he commenced his career at the Dealing Room in 2008 as a Trainee Dealer and successfully rose to the position of Head of Treasury and holds the position of Assistant General Manager (Treasury). He also received international exposure at the Bank of Ceylon, London Branch.

Apart from Treasury functions, he heads of the Committee for the Investment in Government Securities, member of the Investment Committee, Secretary of Asset & Liability Management Committee of Bank of Ceylon and Director on the Board of the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka. He is also the CEO of Bank of Ceylon Primary Dealer Unit.

Presently, Mr. Jeewantha is a Director on the Board of Ceybank Asset Management Limited and is also a member of the Standing Technical Evaluation Committee (STEC) of the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation from August 2018.

Mr. Dammika Hapuhinna, CEO, Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka & Finance PLC is a Leasing and Banking professional with over 29 years of progressive experience in leasing and banking industries. He started his banking career at Seylan Bank PLC. In 2005 he moved to non-banking financial sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where he joined Saudi ORIX Leasing Company, the first specialized leasing Company in Saudi Arabia and the first non-banking financial institution in the Kingdom.

He played a key role in promoting lease financing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He was also a pioneering member of the Nations Trust Banks In-Store Banking Concept. He holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Wales and an Executive Diploma in Business Administration from University of Colombo.

He has held several leadership positions in leading finance Companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He was also the architect instrumental for setting up a new finance company from ground up as their Head of Operations.

With his experience in banking and finance companies, he has gained exposure and expertise in Retail Banking , Credit Banking operations, Lease financing , Consumer Finance, Real Estate Finance, Leasing operations, Receivable management, Product Development, Risk management and Consumer protection.

Mr. Shehryar Ali Taseer holds Directorship in various Pakistani Listed companies and mainly working as Chief Executive Officer of Media Times Limited ("MTL"), a media division company of First Capital Group of Companies, Pakistan. Currently, he is responsible for overall management and growth of MTL. MTL is engaged in printing and publishing daily English and Urdu Newspapers by the name of "Daily Times" and "Aajkal" respectively and also engaged in production, promotion, advertisement, distribution and broadcasting of television programs through satellite channels by the name of "Business Plus" and "Zaiqa". MTL is listed on Karachi Stock Exchange and Lahore Stock Exchange. Mr. Shehryar Ali Taseer played a strategic role in growth of MTL, including Initial Public Offering/listing on local stock exchanges, launch of new projects including Urdu News paper Aajkal, kids channel Wikkid Plus and cooking channel Zaiqa, and strategic restructuring, cost cuttings in MTL. Mr. Shehryar Ali Taseer is also involved in decision making of strategic matters of First Capital Group companies. First Capital group is a conglomerate which owns a mix of businesses that provide various services in the financial services, print & media, retail and property development & construction sectors. He is graduated from Kings College, London.

Mr. Shahbaz Taseer holds directorship in many Pakistan listed Companies including Pace (Pakistan) Limited, Media Times Limited, First Capital Securities Corporation Ltd and Pace Barka Properties Limited. He has extensive experience in stock market operations and business development and has knowledge in depth categorically over international & domestic stock markets, food & minerals and also has vast experience in project development, investment, design and implementation in telecommunications. Mr. Taseer holds a bachelors degree in Economics & Finance from Beaconhouse National University with specialization in mass communication. His areas of interest include corporate & international law, economics & finance, marketing, film & mass communication.

Ms. Shehrbano Taseer is a non executive Director on the Board of Directors of various Companies of First Capital Group, parent company of Lanka Securities. First Capital group is a conglomerate which owns a mix of businesses that provide various services in the financial services, print & media, retail and property development & construction sectors. Ms. Taseer holds non?executive directorships in First Capital Securities Corporation Limited, Pace (Pakistan) Limited, Media Times Limited and Pace Barka Properties Limited. She is also a member of Audit Committee of Directors of Pace (Pakistan) Limited. In the capacity of non executive director her role is to provide an independent business judgment, on various decisions taken by the Board of Directors of First Capital group companies.

Ms. Taseer is a journalist working with Newsweek Pakistan but freelances for other publications. Ms. Taseer graduated in May 2010 from Smith College with a BA in Government and Film Studies.

Mr. Imran Hafeez is currently working in the capacity of Chief Executive Officer of First Capital Investment Limited (FCIL), an Asset Management Company, based in Lahore Pakistan.

Mr. Hafeez is an action oriented professional with a track record of over 16 years as a business strategist and financial controller. He started his professional career with one of the Big-4 professional services firms in the world, Price waterhouse Coopers, as an article training student and dealt with a diversified client portfolio of multinational and local concerns. He joined the First Capital Group in 2004 and has been responsible for handling overall finance and accounts function of the Real Estate Division of the Group. He was offered a challenging position of Group director Finance for First Capital and Pace Group in 2012. Group was in serious financial crunch and financial institutions were aggressively demanding their repayments. During his term of service as Group Director Finance, he successfully engaged with the financial institutions and negotiated terms for restructuring and settlement of debts worth multi billion rupees. In addition he also successfully formulated and implemented policies for Group restructuring and revival. His services were not only limited in the financial restructuring, but also in the marketing and development phase. He has extensive experience of fund raising, feasibility analysis, pricing architecture, make vs. buy, capital investments, budgeting and cost management, project valuation and prioritization, financial statement analysis and risk management analysis for designing effective risk control mechanism. After successful revival of real estate projects, Mr. Imran has now formulated a comprehensive business plan for business development and growth of the First Capital Investment Limited (FCIL).

Mr. Hafeez is a Commerce graduate & an affiliate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and an associated member of Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA). Moreover, he has attended various courses and seminars conducted by professional and regulatory bodies. With an extensive expertise in the field of finance, restructuring, risk management and marketing, Mr. Imran Hafeez brings with him a versatile skill set, and under his leadership, the FCIL is expected to achieve new heights of progress.
